Holly’s Steak Finishing Sauce

  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 2 anchovy filets, rinsed
  • 1 TB Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup dried figs
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • 2 TB grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1 TB grated orange peel
  • 2 TB ketchup
  • 1 TB Holly‚Äôs Texas Red Powder*

Bring all ingredients to a boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and allow to cool til lukewarm. Pour mixtue into a blender and puree til smooth. Pour into a bottle and cap tightly. Refrigerate and use within 90 days
